There is a clear orientation for the future: In 2025, cbs wants to achieve a quarter of a billion US dollars in sales with 1,000 consultants in international markets. Spirit of optimism
For about a year and a half, the employees of the consulting firm had not met physically due to the pandemic - now the time had finally come. "We have felt a real sense of optimism and are taking a lot of tailwind with us for our strongly growing consulting business", says CEO and company founder Harald Sulovsky. At the two-day event, which was attended by colleagues from all 18 subsidiaries, the management presented the sharpened future agenda and the new brand identity. As a specialist for global and digital end-to-end business process solutions, cbs has been focusing on the champions of the international manufacturing industry for over 25 years.
"cbs is the consultant of the world market leaders and has deliberately adopted the high-performance culture of these top companies. Our customers appreciate that we think and act like them in these aspects - and are very ambitious", emphasizes Managing Director Sulovsky. Long-term strategic focus on a defined target market. Hidden Champion

Professor Hermann Simon, founder of the global market leader in price consulting, Simon Kucher and Partners, discovered the phenomenon of "hidden champions" for science and management theory and examined it more closely. As part of the cbs Summit, Simon, management thinker and member of the "Thinkers 50 Hall of Fame," gave an exclusive talk on what specifically makes these world market leaders tick: focusing narrowly on a product or a specific market, the will to be the best, a global presence and the ambition to grow steadily. "All of this applies precisely to cbs. We have been pursuing this strategy for many years - and deliberately so", confirms cbs Managing Director Rainer Wittwen.
