SAP Quality Awards 2024: Mewa and Sybit
Mewa Textil-Service and Sybit, an SAP Customer Experience (CX) consultancy, were named Grand Winners in the Business Transformation category at the prestigious SAP Quality Awards 2024. The award ceremony took place on June 28 in the VIP Lounge of the SAP Arena in Mannheim.
The award honors the project in which Mewa and Sybit jointly implemented the SAP Commerce Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPI. Among other things, this solution was used to create a customer service portal that integrates the underlying sales, service and marketing processes. The portal offers self-services for the current 21,100 users and opens up new potential for key account tenders.
Every year, the SAP Quality Awards recognize outstanding projects that meet ten strict SAP quality criteria. This year, a total of 13 companies received a Quality Award in four categories, five of which were also Grand Winners.
