SAP expands Jam

SAP has announced new functions for a cloud-based collaboration platform. This should enable IT teams to provide and maintain collaboration technologies in the company even more easily. SAP Jam Collaboration helps to improve efficiency in the company by providing employees with a digital collaboration platform. The new release is designed to support IT departments with the following new features: A portal allows IT administrators to create customized homepages for specific groups of employees. The IT department can then use the solution as a supplement to the intranet or as a replacement for it. Home page administration areas: The IT department can also provide home pages for specific employees and departments The IT department can enable specific organizations and departments to manage their own collaboration area to collaborate with their colleagues without the need for IT to manually add or remove users and information.
