Optimization of billing blocks
To optimize the processing of billing blocks, Intense AG has developed the AMT, which enables central cross-process monitoring and the processing of several time-dependent billing blocks.
The use of AMT results in the following advantages: Cost reduction through the time-dependent definition of billing blocks including reminder function, manual evaluations of the data stock with regard to billing blocks can be minimized.
The option of mass blocking or unblocking can save time in operational processing. By increasing transparency and reducing the clarification effort through the multiple assignment of billing blocking reasons to a contract, the reality can be better mapped. This reduces manual clarification work and increases the ability to provide information in the event of customer queries.
By increasing liquidity through a semi-automated reminder function when blocks expire, unnecessary termination of billing due to obsolete billing blocks can be prevented. This reduces the time required to invoice the contract construct and thus optimizes liquidity.
