Certified Hybris support
E-commerce specialist Poet has become the first partner to receive certification from SAP for Hybris support. It documents to users that they receive high-quality services support.
The basis for Poet's certification as a Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) for SAP's e-commerce solutions was an audit that included a comprehensive review of Poet's support relationships.
This included checks by employees on the required know-how with regard to the software platform and service processes, whether there is a suitable infrastructure with hotline and 24/7 support, and how the tooling with ticket system and remote access is presented.
The certification audit also took a close look at the escalation processes implemented and the design of the service contracts.
