DDV seal
Uniserv, a provider of solutions for customer data management, has received the DDV data protection seal QuLS from the German Dialog Marketing Association (DDV) for the tenth time in a row.
The seal stands for compliance with quality and performance standards in data processing and confirms that Uniserv continuously adheres to the legal requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
In addition, Uniserv also meets the much higher standards of the DDV - on the basis of a comprehensive data security concept. Whether a company complies with all requirements is examined annually by an independent data protection auditing company.
To successfully pass the test, companies must answer comprehensive checklists with over 120 questions and attend regular on-site appointments.
Other conditions include a comprehensive data security concept and regular employee training, compliance with security-related standards when storing data and quality-related requirements for the complete traceability of orders.
