Microsoft and Genesys have expanded their partnership: with the new cloud service for contact centers, companies can significantly improve their interaction with customers. The omnichannel customer experience solution Genesys Engage runs on Microsoft Azure and is characterized by its security and scalability.
It can be used to securely link all touchpoints along the entire customer journey. Genesys Engage on Microsoft Azure will be available from the end of 2020. To accelerate adoption, both partners are offering Genesys Engage on Microsoft Azure as part of a joint co-selling and go-to-market strategy.
Thanks to the multi-tenant architecture of Genesys Engage on Microsoft Azure, companies can introduce innovations such as S/4 Hana more quickly and increase their agility.
