ECM-S/4 certified

Doxis4 is the first ECM system worldwide to receive S/4 certification from SER for the archive interfaces ArchiveLink and ILM. This means future-proofing for all companies that are about to switch to the new S/4 generation. This means they can securely store their SAP documents and data in the Doxis4 archive even with S/4. Users can continue to use their existing archive solutions even after switching to SAP S/4. The archive interfaces of the Doxis4 iECM suite have successfully passed the demanding functional test scenarios for SAP S/4 Hana and SAP NetWeaver. Using the certified Doxis4 HTTPContentServer (HCS) interfaces for archiving via ArchiveLink and Doxis4 WebDAV Connector for ILM (Information Lifecycle Management), SER customers can securely store SAP documents and data such as print lists, orders or invoice documents (audit-proof), actively manage retention periods and thus fulfill legal requirements such as the GoBD. "We always support the latest SAP technologies at a very early stage. If you claim to support SAP S/4 Hana, you have to prove it: We have done so again with SAP certification. This gives our customers long-term planning security," explains SER Head of Technology Klaus Eulenbach.
