Providers are evaluated based on 24 performance metrics in six different categories, and the results are clearly presented in a KPI dashboard view.

In addition to this, the providers are assigned to eight different peer groups so that competing products can be identified and a fair and meaningful comparison is possible.

The study shows that the recommendation rate is a key indicator of high customer satisfaction. While various KPIs play an important role in whether a customer recommends a platform, product satisfaction and good support stand out as key influencers.
