The best workplaces in Germany

For the third time, Henrichsen is among the best employers in Bavaria and within the ICT industry. For the first time, the Straubing-based company was also able to establish itself among the best employers in Germany. The award was given to companies that offer their employees attractive and conducive working conditions. For the national competition "Germany's Best Employers 2022", German companies of all sizes and from all sectors voluntarily submitted to an independent assessment of their workplace culture by the "Great Place to Work" institute and the verdict of their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the entire field of participants, differentiated according to company size.

A total of 28 companies were honored in the "50-250 employees" category. Henrichsen achieved 5th place here among "Bavaria's Best Employers 2022" (2020: 21). 41 companies were honored in the category "101-500 employees", here the company achieved 11th place among "Bavaria's Best Employers ITK 2022" (2020: 28). In the same size category (101-500) and the category "Germany's Best Employers 2022", Henrichsen placed 11th out of a total of 33 companies and has thus definitely advanced to become a good employer in Germany.
