Workflow for SAP ERP

A t CeBIT 2016, WMD Vertrieb from Ahrensburg is presenting new developments relating to the xSuite. This bundles workflow solutions for SAP ERP as well as ERP-independent solution packages and best practice solutions.

Companies can use it to combine individual work steps into end-to-end processes, for example in the area of procure-to-pay (P2P), i.e. from ordering to payment, or order-to-cash (receipt of order and payment). In addition to locally installed solutions, applications are also offered that can optionally be used as a cloud or hybrid cloud service.

WMD's SAP-integrated process solutions will also be fully compatible with S/4 Hana in future. This includes checking and approval workflows such as invoice verification. At this year's CeBIT, this will be demonstrated using the example of the digital incoming mail solution xFlow Mailroom.

The flexible use of WMD Cloud Services for incoming mail is also the subject of WMD's presentation "ECM 2.0 - Integrated company processes digitally from incoming mail to the archive" at the ECM Forum on March 16, 2015.

SAP archive solution

In Hanover, WMD will also be presenting a new archive solution for SAP for storing and retrieving documents via SAP ArchiveLink, which is available as a web service. The newly developed retrieval client is based on the SAP UI5 framework.

The "Personnel File for SAP" and "Customer File for SAP" products presented for the first time in Hanover are file solutions for displaying and storing documents in structured form via SAP ArchiveLink as a content provider.
