The motto of this year's ERP Days is: "Smart Operations - Think ahead. Design. Implement." Smart Operations refers to the digitalization of order processing with the help of comprehensive information technologies and all the tools and methods required to improve a company's efficiency.

The process data generated in the company thus becomes valuable information that enables higher-quality order processing.

In order to improve the transparency and forecasting capability of value creation systems with the help of smart operations through the use of ERP and ME systems, the event will present solution strategies and design innovative processes for previously identified needs for action so that visitors can implement them for optimized order processing in the future.

It will explain how innovative technologies such as blockchain, data analytics and AI affect operational application systems and whether the systems are developing into collaboration platforms. Ultimately, the aim of the ERP Days is to operate IT-supported business organization for future corporate development.

Innovative ideas and practical examples from ERP, ME and related business system worlds will be presented in two lecture tracks. Parallel to this, various suppliers will be showing their solutions at the exhibitor forum.

Visitors will receive clear information and gain an overview of the world of business application systems.
