Ciber appoints new head of Germany
IA4SP chairman is new sales director of Libelle
As Sales Director, Frank Bayer manages the sales team and the international network of sales partners. His task is to relieve the workload of CEO Lars Albrecht.
Libelle supports companies worldwide with solutions and services for disaster recovery and high availability, copies of SAP systems, monitoring of systems/business processes and IDocs, and enhancements to SAP system functions.
Bayer:

Previously, Bayer was Director Sales & Partner Management at the software company Mobisys. For several years, he worked in various areas at SAP Germany, including as Head of Business User Sales for sales of analytics, planning and BI products in the retail, banking, insurance and public sectors. Bayer is involved in the SAP partner association IA4SP. In November, he was elected chairman of the board.
Hybris channel chief becomes Webtrekk managing director

Frank Schoutissen becomes Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer at Webtrekk, a provider of high-end analytics and marketing solutions.
Schoutissen, who will be responsible for internationalization, channel management and marketing, brings 20 years of experience in the tech and software industry. Previously, he was Senior Vice President Channel at global e-commerce solutions provider Hybris, which has been part of SAP since 2013.
At Hybris, Frank Schoutissen led all channel-related activities, strategy and implementation including the launch of Hybris' global channel structure. Prior to Hybris, Schoutissen held key positions in companies such as Baan, Toptier (now SAP), Information Builders, Sybase (now SAP) and OneView Commerce.
Michael Heinze appointed to the Intense Board of Directors
With the appointment of Michael Heinze to the Management Board, Intense has gained a new board member. Heinze had already been a Principal since the beginning of October 2015. The two board members, Nils Jensen and Kai Vogel, are pleased to welcome such a qualified and dedicated board member to their executive team.
Heinze has worked for many years in consulting for energy utilities and service providers in various project and management roles. Together with his teams, he will focus on process, specialist and IT consulting as well as the implementation of SAP solutions in the energy industry. At the same time, Fridtjof Trayser has moved to the Supervisory Board. He also assumes the chairmanship of the board.
SAP HCM consulting firm with new sales director
The ROC Group has appointed Sales Director for Switzerland and Austria. The graduate computer scientist is to further expand the existing business in the two countries in the newly created position.
After graduating, Schiebl first worked as a presales consultant and later as a presales manager at HCM specialist Nakisa. Most recently, he served there as Director Sales Operations for the entire EMEA region. Schiebl, who devotes most of his free time to music, is fascinated by the future of human capital management - keyword cloud.

MHP brings in Ciber manager
Ingo Windshügel has joined the management and IT consultancy MHP as an Associated Partner. Previously, the business graduate worked for the global IT consulting company Ciber (or at Novasoft, which was acquired by Ciber in 2004) for more than 13 years.
There he held various management roles and was most recently responsible for the development and operations of all business units in the DACH region as a member of the management board in Germany.
At Porsche subsidiary MHP, he will expand activities in sectors beyond the automotive industry - MHP's core business. The focus will be on transportation and logistics, the aviation industry, energy and utilities, and the financial sector.
IDC has appointed Phil Carter as chief analyst for Europe. The new position has been created to drive innovation on new topics and formats, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, and increase customer satisfaction along the way.
Guido Moggert is the new commercial director of the software and consulting company Datavard. Moggert comes from Netbiscuits, a provider for the development of adaptive web applications. At Datavard, he is responsible for Finance & Controlling and Legal.
Martin Müller strengthens the management of MID, a consulting and product house for modeling projects. As spokesman for the management board, he will be responsible for consulting, finance, human resources, and sales and marketing. Müller, who holds a doctorate in economics, was previously CEO of SQS India.
Digital business specialist Arithnea has expanded its management team and appointed Ingo Ax to the newly created Management Board. The head of the E-Commerce & PIM Business Unit Manager wants to further expand Arithnea's market position with Hybris and establish the company even more strongly in the SAP environment.
Matrix42 has appointed Lars Ludwig as Sales Director Public Germany. He will thus be the workspace management specialist's first point of contact for potential and existing customers from the public sector. Previously, Ludwig was Sales Director and Key Account Manager at Bechtle.
Ingrid Helen Arnold, SAP's chief information officer and chief process officer, will head the new data business unit, effective immediately. Arnold was a member of SAP's Global Managing Board until the end of March. The new division is based in the U.S., in Silicon Valley.
