New Group VP Sales Central EMEA at Cloudera
Benjamin bean moved from Confluent to Cloudera on November 1 last year. The experienced manager is responsible for Cloudera sales in the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Cloudera, a hybrid data cloud company, appointed Benjamin Bohne as Group Vice President Sales for Central EMEA. He is thus responsible for sales in the DACH region and Eastern Europe at Cloudera. In his new position, the Frankfurt-based sales professional and former Regional Sales Director DACH at Cloudera reports to Romain Picard, Senior Vice President EMEA at Cloudera. Bohne's goal is to further expand the channels in direct as well as indirect sales. He will also play a key role in developing and implementing future go-to-market strategies.
Benjamin Bohne has more than 20 years of industry experience and most recently led a CEMEA sales team at Confluent. He has extensive expertise in the implementation of software projects, specifically the introduction and provision of cloud services and consulting services for corporations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.

Veeam appoints experienced channel expert
Larissa Crandall will lead the ecosystem strategy for Veeam, a leader in advanced data protection, and is expected to further develop the company's enterprise market readiness. Most recently, Crandall was vice president of global channels and alliances at Gigamon. As an industry leader, she will lead Veeam's investment in a global partner and alliance ecosystem that ensures customers' data is protected across multiple environments, whether cloud, virtual, physical, SaaS or Kubernetes. "Data is the most valuable asset that businesses own. That's why it's so important that it's protected from ransomware attacks and unplanned outages," said Larissa Crandall, vice president of global channel and alliances at Veeam.
Crandall has spent her entire career in the channel, working for security, networking and cloud vendors. She laid the foundation at Connection, a vendor that managed teams in the commercial and public sectors. She joined Veeam after four years at Gigamon, where she led the global channel and alliances organization to record growth in channel contributions.

New management at ProfIT
Effective January 1 of this year, the Michael Loth appointed as sole managing director of ProfIT Systemhaus. Ludger Janiak, who most recently managed the SAP consulting company in tandem with Michael Loth, will retire from the executive position for reasons of age, but will continue to be available to the company as a consultant until June 30, 2024. In addition to the Marketing and Sales departments, Michael Loth will now take over the operational and commercial issues.
"My vision is to turn the smart intervention force into an expert in the design and implementation of hybrid SAP systems in the discrete manufacturing and mechanical engineering industries. This will enable us to support our customers even better in the future," explains Michael Loth. Before Michael Loth joined the management team at ProfIT in April 2021, he worked in SAP account management for more than ten years.

Dynatrace with new VP Sales
Dynatrace has Rob Van Lubek as the new vice president of sales in EMEA. Van Lubek will lead Dynatrace's sales teams across EMEA, develop new business, implement strategies for key account growth, and is committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Rob Van Lubek has been in the IT industry for more than 20 years, specializing in enterprise platform software. Prior to joining Dynatrace, he was Senior Vice President, EMEA at Mendix, a low-code application development company, and held several positions as Area Vice President at Commvault, a data and information management software company.

Siemens Logistics with new CEO
Michael Schneider will become the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siemens Logistics at the beginning of this year. In this role, he will take over the current area of responsibility of his predecessor Michael Reichle, who will take up a new management position within the Siemens Group at the same time. Michael Schneider has held various management positions for Siemens Logistics in the Middle East since 2012. Since 2017, he has headed the global airport logistics business and maintains close contact with customers in the aviation industry.

Heiko Hübner has been appointed as the new Head of Partner Sales at Toplink. The sales specialist has over 30 years of experience in building partner sales organizations in the telecom and IT markets and will orchestrate product sales for Toplink. He is one of the industry experts in SIP trunk telephony.
