Intelligent contract management

The cooperation between SAP and Icertis began in 2020, and now the two companies have expanded their partnership.

Through the further development of contract management functions, the partners will support their customers in operating more efficiently, minimizing risks and exploiting the full potential of contracts. As part of the partnership, SAP will invest financially in Icertis. The companies are planning a joint product roadmap and closer technological integration. The benefits for customers will include additional value creation, including faster contract negotiations, better compliance and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics and automation.

The cooperation between SAP and Icertis began in 2020 with the integration of Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) with Ariba and SAP Customer Experience solutions to redesign source-to-pay and lead-to-cash processes. The partnership will make greater use of technology to generate added value for the growing number of customers.
