The central cross-departmental control cockpit shows worklists for the departments involved. Process history, cost structures and change documentation can be seen at a glance, master data can be adjusted at the click of a mouse and necessary material purchases can be made directly in the SAP software.
Based on software modules, data objects and functions from the SAP standard, change management is seamlessly integrated into the existing SAP system, from change requests to change documentation in After Sales Services.
The entire change workflow is mapped with clear monitoring and control (traffic light function) in a central requirements manager function. The advantages include transparent documentation of all changes in SAP, scheduling and control with a control timeline and traffic light function as well as transparent decision-making thanks to central storage.
Process acceleration is achieved through an integrated workflow. At LogiMat 2016, HPC will be showcasing further solutions for core topics in warehousing, production and shipping. Highlights include mobile-guided online and offline processes for EWM/WM from HPC.
