Control SAP and Skype calls
LinkThat has successfully integrated the telephony infrastructures of several Sivantos providers in Germany and Japan. Agents use the LinkThat softphone directly in the Salesforce interface and can easily control SAP and Skype calls.
At the heart of the upgrade is the CTI middleware LinkThat Cube, a transparent integration solution for heterogeneous communication systems. The company-wide linking of the LinkThat Contact Center solution with Salesforce and various TC systems means that customers and partners can now be supported faster and better.
