Detect Billing Errors at the Push of a Button

At the 2017 DSAG Annual Congress in Bremen (Hall 5, Booth G2), automation specialist Empirius is showcasing a new add-on solution called Actalyzer for SAP IS/H, the widely used standard software for clinics and hospitals. This solution enables errors or discrepancies in patient billing to be detected and quickly resolved. It is, in fact, a recurring issue when, for example, a health insurance provider rejects a payment from a hospital or medical center due to errors or discrepancies in a patient bill. In such cases, it is necessary to review and analyze all data related to a patient on an ad hoc basis and as needed. This includes patient master data, case data, transaction data, and data on all services rendered. With Actalyzer, an add-on solution for SAP IS/H (Industry Solution Hospital), all patient data can be quickly separated and automatically transferred from the production system to a QA or sandbox system to investigate the error or reported discrepancy. Such incidents or reviews cannot be performed in a production system because the data there is constantly changing.
