Circle Unlimited is placing the complete digitization of processes at the center of its trade fair presence - in line with the congress motto "Between the Worlds" and the focus on the transition to the digital world.

The fully digitalized, seamless handling of business processes with the aid of electronic signatures is one of the core topics.

Circle Unlimited presents its digitization strategy for this and shows the range of implementation options and opportunities of document and contract management integrated in the SAP system.

Stefan Heins, CEO of Circle Unlimited, will give a presentation on this topic at the congress entitled "Electronic approvals and signatures with S/4 Hana".

In addition, the focus is on the implementation of IFRS 15 customer sales and IFRS 16 leasing in contract management, as well as digitization in the area of human resources with the help of the digital personnel file for rapid searching and retrieval, (audit)-secure storage, and central availability of documents and data, among other things.

Another focus is automated license management as an important prerequisite for the correct procurement of licenses as well as for reliable compliance checks that identify over- and underlicensing and prepare for audits.

Compliance-secure licensing of SAP systems, especially with regard to indirect use, static access, modifications and add-ons, will also be an important topic at the congress.
